Bon Couillon! (roughly “good idiot” in Cajun French) is the passion project of Drew Stephan, who came to love Cajun food after moving to South Louisiana in 2007.

Bon Couillon started as an excuse to make Cajun food, which is meant to be shared and savored in community. Drew moved to Western Massachusetts and has continued Bon Couillon up north, as a way to bring people together for a little taste of South Louisiana.
