It’s our first CiderDays!
This region is truly special with amazing orchards and cider makers. CiderDays is an important Franklin County tradition, and we’re thrilled to be part of it this year.
November 1-3 we’re offering a special tasting flight where you can enjoy Pine Hill Orchards apples paired with their corresponding ciders. We’re featuring two ciders including:
Late Harvest ‘23, dry cider aged on American oak with notes of wildflower honey and pronounced tannins.
Tamlane, dry cider made with 100% Macintosh apples aged on black birchwood with sharp citrus notes, mild tannins, and aniseed tones; and more.
We have a small food menu, and we’ll offer a smoked salmon plate with applewood smoked salmon, pickled Warner Farm green beans, and other treats.
Check out www.ciderdays.org for the list of other venues, tastings, and educational events happening around Franklin County.
