Four Phantoms co-founder and brewer, Drew, is giving a talk for Cider Days 2.0!

Fill Up Our Wassail will go over the folk traditions and the co-fermentation of cider and beer, with an emphasis on the British Isles and Baltic Peninsula, and will break down the contributions of yeast and bacteria typically found inside apples. We’ll also have sweet and savory apple pies on the menu, featuring different varietals from Pine Hill Orchards. Talk begins at 1pm.
