The Young Wren-O / 5%
Nordic-inspired farmhouse ale fermented with mixed cultures. Brewed with Maine-grown malt and pine-smoked black tea.*
Old Gods - 2021 / 8%
Wild fermented and brewed with Macintosh apple juice from Pine Hill Orchard (Colrain, MA) & local birchwood*
Old Gods - 2022 / 5%
Tart and tangy. Wild fermented. Brewed with Pine Hill Orchard’s Macintosh apple juice (Colrain, MA) & local birchwood*
The Great Silkie / 7.5%
Young cuvee aged in French Oak for one year with mixed cultures and cherry puree. Strong, funky farmhouse notes of cherry pie.

The cheese special also applies when you purchase a 750ml bottle of Study No. 1 to enjoy in our taproom. Study No. 1 is our sour saison aged in French oak cabernet sauvignon barrels.
